Feedback Insights wanted to create surveys that were more personalized, with less complexity to create and manage surveys. We built a programmable rule engine that enabled their Web Ops team to create highly personalized surveys, with minimal overhead. We also eliminated several manual back office processes, redesigned the UI, and improved performance!

Their existing ERP system couldn’t address their unique SAV requirements, resulting in delays and inefficiencies. Off-the-shelf solutions weren’t viable due to high costs and tight timelines. Leveraging our in-house automation toolkit, we rapidly developed a custom SAV system. Our approach enabled quick prototyping, allowing stakeholders to finalize specifications and accelerate development. The new solution was deployed across 170+ stores in record time, at a fraction of the originally estimated cost. Today, the system continues to deliver seamless after-sales support with minimal ongoing costs, operating reliably across France for several years.

The client faced complex, region-specific requirements and a shortage of skilled resources in the market to address their needs. To address these challenges, we assembled a dedicated Microsoft Dynamics team and launched an in-house competence-building program tailored to the client’s resourcing needs. Our focused technical experts delivered highly customized solutions, while our business analyst team worked closely with stakeholders to define requirements and technical specifications. As a result, the client successfully met all resourcing demands and deployed Microsoft Dynamics globally, achieving significant cost savings.

They were looking for sustained development and enhancement of 20+ Java-based applications with a transition to modern cloud environments. Full Stack Ownership - From Java to Kubernetes Surya gradually took over backend, frontend, and infrastructure ownership. From Dockerization and HELM charts to multi-cloud deployments via Kubernetes, Surya enabled a seamless evolution of the software stack. Surya manages over 20+ apps for Lizeo Apart from managing apps, Surya provides data collection and labelling services to Lizeo.

The original development team was no longer available, and the app required urgent fixes, improvements, and new features. Surya stepped in to stabilize the system, take over development, and continue enhancing the product to support its users in the field. Surya re-engineered Site Diary's mobile app, frontend, and backend, written in Ionic, Angular, and Springboot respectively, and handled Azure-based deployment. Our team also resolved critical bugs and performance issues that had been affecting customers. Surya developed the platform to include a new Flutter app, Site Task, that complements Site Diary in the Site Productivity platform.
