We reimagined and built Pulse 2.0: Feedback Insights’ Survey platform, with a focus on personalization, and operational efficiency.
Feedback Insights wanted to create surveys that were more personalized, with less complexity to create and manage surveys. We built a programmable rule engine that enabled their Web Ops team to create highly personalized surveys, with minimal overhead.
We also eliminated several manual back office processes, redesigned the UI, and improved performance!
